The purpose of this Retreat is to give participants dedicated time to progress your writing project in a supportive environment. It will allow participants a distraction-free setting to write as well as the opportunity to speak to and seek feedback from other writers.

Dr. Shelly Cameron is an Author, Speaker, OD Consultant and Coach. She has researched the topic of Success and written 6 books on Success, Leadership, Career Development, and Motivation. Her research on the Leadership Challenge was published in the Journal of American Academy of Business Cambridge (JAABC), and recognized by Nova Southeastern University. She now uses the results of her research to connect others to Success.

Dr. Susan Lycett Davis is a skilled professional with over 30 years of business experience holding both administrative and instructional positions with multi-national firms. Having successfully worked in both the UK and the USA, she has demonstrated expertise and success in managing organizational transformation and growth, employee development, diversity awareness, workplace violence prevention, and conflict resolution initiatives.

A Professor, Consultant and Cultural Ambassador, Dr. Davis has a keen interest in human resources development, cultural competency and diversity issues and spends time assessing, developing and implementing initiatives that will benefit the welfare of employees. She has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing several models which have been presented at conferences nationally and internationally. Dr Davis (aka Dr Sue) is also a trained Performing Artist, Writer, Author and Poet
